Will you ship it? Does it have any dry rot, like the stitching?

It does not seem to have any dry rot but I will check again to make sure it has no odors I am not sure about shipping pm me and we can talk about it as for the front seat I do have one but it is not in the best condition needs to be recovered and the track has a bolt missing.
