Have a question will a 71 dart hood fit a 71 valiant? Please help me out thanks!

Nope, you'll need a hood from a 69-72 valiant or 70-72 duster.

It may well bolt on, it may even latch.. but, "fit"? No. The lines of the two cars are quite different when it comes to the shape of the nose.
