11" 143 tooth ring gear, for externally balanced 360 Dodge truck applications,

I'm not too hip on 3 speeds but I found this on a Google search : For sale is an extremely rare 1972 Chrysler A-230 Fully Synchronized 3-Speed Manual Transmission. According to the 1972 MOTOR book I was reading, this is the heavy duty 3-speed transmission of the era. As you can see from the last two photos, this transmission was used in all the Chrysler muscle cars in the 70's to include: Charger, Challenger, Barracuda, Dart, Aspen, Volare and Valiant, it was even used in the 1972 AMC Javelin. These built proof three speeds were built to take horsepower and abuse! Although the bolt pattern is different, the Chrysler belhousing is designed to accept both the A-230 and A-833 transmission, therefore this A-230 will bolt directly in place of its 4-Speed counterpart the A-833. It shifts freely and still has grease in the case. The numbers on the transmission are as follows: Cast Iron Case #- AH, C-99224-1 Tail Housing # - 3410276-1 05305 ID Stamp Pad# - 3B296233 PP2304155 Tag on Case - L11-2 Aluminum Side Load Cover # - 3515758 05305 2 23 spline input / 26 spline output

Not extremely rare at all.....but that doesn't mean it's not worth what you're asking. They are however, extremely tough.

It's a boat anchor for me and I'm tired of moving it. It is not a light duty trans

They surely are not THAT! It's well worth what you're asking. I would get it just to have if we were closer!

If he's coming down I-75 I will take it.
