I own this car since 2019 and this car been thru hell and own by 3 different people in between 1984 to 87 was in Portland, OR and end up in here Sacramento so anyway slowly bring the car back from dead basically so I am concern I notice front frame rail passenger side it tad bit off and driver side look normal to me so I wasn't able to get aligned the hood, fenders so I am sure there is decent frame shop can restored this issues is any other then this do I need to worry about? Thanks for support for share ideas to make it right.

It's kind of a loaded question. Some pics would be cool. These cars weren't all that accurate from the get go.

Take it to a shop with a fixture for your car. We recently had a valiant here that had the same issue from Reagle Dodge. It was a three different frame shops and the grill still did not fit. The car was way out of wack from to many chefs throwing their ingredients into the pot off their frame machines and guessing what was wrong. If you set the car on a fixture you will see where the issue is. No guessing. The car will set on the fixture complete with drive line and all body panels in place. We also use it to install quarters and all sheet metal.

That pretty much that and car were in wrecked in the past today I digged little deeper and find out both frame rails are little kinked a bit.

Well I assumed kinda out of wack a bit but otherwise fenders and doors are aligned pretty good but hood kind of like off track when close down I had to push down passenger then push down shut.
