couldn't really tell you. I bought it years ago like it sets. the crank looks good. not a lot of ridge in the cylinders but it was setting for years. maybe could be honed or bored .010 over.

block is STD bore, just checked it with a digital caliper(all I have) all bores checked to 4.039-4.040

looks like shipping would be around $100 if you had a place of business the pallet could be shipped to. if you don't want the crank I will deduct some off of the block. please pm me so I wont miss your reply. thanks
