looking for power steering box, steering column, pulleys, hoses, nuts and bolts etc my 72 twister duster already have factory kelsey hayes disc option and it 4 speed set up . currently it has manual box thinkinbg about coverted to power steering route.

Can build/restore you one either power or manual. All new bearings, wiring, paint, coupler rebuild it. Just sold the last one but ready to start all over again. Have done dozens. $500 plus the ride. $250 plus parts to restore yours if you have one.

The question is do I have to swap or cut my current steering my car came with factory manual ?

No. Can be built with either one you want. Just a difference of coupler and shaft length. If you have one to restore and switch over, different shaft needed and coupler too. All other of your components will work. Do you have one to restore?

I would like to convert to power steering if possible but I could buy that new box with 16 to 1 ratio.

What type of connection is there on the after market steering box? Will a oem coupler work? Just sold the last to a guy kinda doing what you describe. He didn't need a oem coupler. Just a different length shaft for yours I guess.
