I used the test listed below.

Test 1 worked perfect. High Speed 100%
Test 2 worked perfect as well running on slow speed. 100%
Test 3 did not work. No movement/humming or attempting to park.
I have swapped out the switch under the dash from the original to a recently
purchased switch (I was assured it worked).

When I hook the 4 connectors together to a normal wiring. I get nothing from
using the switch in the dash.
I 'read' where 99% is grounding problem. I ran a grounding line from motor case to
battery ground, just to make sure motor was grounded. Still no movement or anything
when it is wired 'back to what I think is normal.

Test #1(Hi speed)

Connect jumper wire from motor case to battery ground.
Connect second jumper wire from battery positive to BROWN lead.
Motor should run hi speed continuously.

Connect jumper wire from GREEN wire to battery ground.
Join BROWN and RED wires together and connect a jumper wire from battery positive to them.
Motor should run at slower speed.

Test #3 (Park)

Connect jumper wire from motor case to battery ground.
Connect jumper lead from GREEN to BROWN wire.
Connect jumper wire from red wire to ground.
Connect jumper wire from Blue wire to battery positive.
Motor should reverse and park.
