72 Dart Swinger Tail panel on 75 Plymouth Scamp?

Both cars are two door. I've seen it done here but haven't seen a "how to" or discussion on how hard it is. Basically I'd like to use the bumper, taillights and quarter extensions from the 72 Dart on the 75 Valiant. Is this a bolt on swap?
