1972 Dodge Demon 4spd.
sublime green with black stripes . Pin hood w/ factory black hood scoops. Factory Go wing. Black bench seat interior. Grant steering wheel, correct bench 4spd shifter .
It needs climate controls restored. dash pad is nice. carpet average, seats average. headliner fine. Needs dash restored . speedo and gas gauge dont work.
V8 348cui. stock heads 484" cam ,correct 340 exhaust manifolds . exhaust is new but primary tubes are not routed correctly..dual exhaust with flowmasters. .650 holley vacuum 4bbl carb, Edelbrock intake electronic ignition .
Engine runs strong . A-833 overdrive 4spd. with hurst shifter. strong clutch
Rear Axle is 8.25 and needs replacing. has bad pinion bearing. drives fine but its noisey.
has 15" ralleys in rear, 14" ralleys in front both large 4.5 bolt pattern
73 version disc brakes on front .drums on rear. New tires/like new.
Manual brakes. manual steering. very tight suspension handles flawlessly.
Body is very very nice..paint is showing its age with some chips and a few blems.but presents real nice. NO rust..very straight panels solid southern car. bumpers where repainted and are slightly off in color of the body..looks worse in pictures..less noticeable in person.. Tail lights in good shape. grille in excellent shape..Pretty close to an original appearing car.. a little more love and it would be a perfect car with no excuses..
This car can be driven..i drive it all the time..but the rear pinion bearing is noisy..
Ive owned many A-bodies..what this car needs can be fixed with a wrench. or screw driver and some attention to detail. .not a welder or hammer or saw.
I hate to call this car a project..other than the rear i would drive it cross country...I purchased it to make it perfect but ...I need some cash for a business venture. So i am listing it for sale..
