72 demon trunk lid

Ok what emblems belong on the trunk of a 72 Demon? The lid appears to have several holes where an emblem would mount and it appears they could be single letters

Yes single letters D A R T on the passenger side.

Try Herbs parts or Tonys parts although I got mine from the Paddock who is now owned by Classic Industries. The larger guys seem to mark their stuff way up.

It actually should have two parts.

First "Plaque" like badge says "Dodge" and the letters spell "Dart".

This is my Demon and I found both on ebay about two years ago. I'll try to find a better photo to post tomorrow to show more clearly.

the square dodge block is still available from Year One but I can't find the Dart letters. I figured it had to be individual letters because of the amount of mounting holes. I am told the Dodge emblem was a stick on

My "Dart" lettering is all one piece, and I think they all are from that year, very slight connection between the letters.

The top photo here is a friend of mine's Demon and it is totally original. Also have attached good photos for placement when you do find what you need.

Thanks for the pictures and all the info. Apparently my lid has holes in it for something different, I'll have to see what I can come up with to either cover them or I will have to close them and reshoot the deck lid.
