There might be some parts of the fender that someone can use as a patch.
I was kinda pulling your chain a bit, it is possible with enough hours to fix anything. But, it wouldn't be an easy fix for your fender.
The biggest problem is that there's a lot of damage to the body lines, and those all have to be recreated.
If you are willing to cut out certain sections, you may have some interest from guys who are trying to repair small/medium sized areas on their fenders.
