72 Duster rear quarter panel question

Hey guys, I need some help. I just received my new rear quarter panel from amd. This may sound like a stupid question but on the bottom of the panel right in front of the tire opening there is a body line or a defect in the quarter panel. My originals don't have this line but they have had bodywork and may have been removed. Here are some pictures. I hope you can see the place I'm referring to. Thanks.

I know someone here has a 72 Duster.

Mine are rotted off or I would help you out! I will pull the new skins I got out and take a look this evening. Here's one I found on google, looks like there is a slight change in the reflection so yeah I would say that body line you are seeing is correct.

Thanks for the pics Zombywoof. It doesn't look like yours has a body line there!

The quarter panel will have cut in that area when it is fitted to the car, if that is where it will meet the rocker panel.
