Thanks , that tracks . Guess ill yank it and the motor out (gotta do rear main anyway) and throw in my 435. Its my tow rig anyway. Ill keep the tranny and go over it . It too bad , has a shift kit and worked flawlessly up until it didnt. Good thing i hoard parts. Like any good mope enthusiast. 76 J20 on 39.5 swampers, 440 chry. W 4 spd . 81 eagle sx4, 99 5.2 , 5 spd dak, 4x4. And my 75 D200 tow rig anyway. Wish i could find a workable a body here in alberta for reasonable . No engine needed, ive got a few.
