727 shifter adjustment

How do I adjust my linkage so that I can hold it in low without upshifting to second?

adjust the linkage rod longer but only a tad at a time until you good.

Thanks, I was hoping it would be that simple..... I'll try that out. Seems that the 'ol power wagon body has shifted around on the frame a tad!
