I'm currently building a 493 big block with trick flow heads. I have spoken to trick flow they have recommended stall rate between 3 and 3.5k. I am looking at fti Sr series. Would I be best of with 3-3.2k or 3.4-3.6k stall.

My tyre size is 245/60D15
Weight of vechile less then 2200lb
Rear gear ratio 3.9
Cam duration is 296int/300exh

Engine currently isn't build so can't dyno it to see peak torque point

Intended usage of the vehicle matters a lot, not that I would try to outguess someone who does this stuff for a living.
Maybe call a few places with your info and see if they all agree fairly closely.
