73-74 side door glass question

I have a 74 dart sport with clear glass. Put 73 doors on with tinted glass. Are the door internal parts interchangable?

Should be the same. I am currently swapping a set of Dart Sport doors on to my Duster. I have taken apart the doors and the window and door latch and lock internals look exactly the same.

the only difference 73' has 5 holes 74' has 7 will internal hardware interchange
