Hey all,
After getting the Retrosound radio installed in my Dart I figured I would start working on the antenna it came with, as the car came with a very broken one that was covered in duct tape for alreast 2 years (the tape had paint on it from when it was painted in '23), it has one of those chrome antenna nuts that I'm pretty sure isn't even the kind that came on this model, and the whole bezel just looks kind of not normal.
Anyways I'm trying to remove the whole antenna for the new Retrosound made replacement I have, but trying to loosen the antenna nut appears to be spinning the entire assembly, so I'm not exactly sure how to get it to loosen, it's got abit of rust so I assume that plus the duct taped adhesive is making it quite the chore.
I have really no clue what's going on under the fender either, it looks atleast to me like a makeshift bracket or something, but I'm no expert here.
