No, you can't.
That doesn't work.
Early Ford Mustang rotors are needed, with internal machine work required on the rotors for that type of conversion.
Read the "Sticky" at the top of this page for using Mustang rotors.
There's a vendor that machines, sells, those rotors, wether you want to deal with him or not, that's up to you.
