73 duster BB headers

just picked up a 73 duster 383/4 speed .. headers are shot ..do I need to raise motor to get headers in .....or worse ??

What brand of headers? Any long tube will require at least lifting the engine. You may have to drop the steering linking and remove the steering column.

Schumachers go in without taking engine out. Need to be modified for a four speed.

44070dart, more than likely you'll need to move the engine up, down, side to side. This link should give a little more of what you're looking at. Assuming you are talking inside the frame headers read through the TTI info here. I believe the smaller tube headers will require a little less work or mods. Pay particular attention with the footnotes on the right.
