73 duster fenders on my 72?

Who has used 73 duster fenders on their 70-72?? What all is involved and how did you handle mounting the grille panel? I searched the threads but can't find anything on this.. trying to decide if should use the 73 dented set i have or save for new amd fenders.. thanks

73 fenders on a 70-72 are a no go. The sheetmetal is different from the windshield forward.

you can used them you'll have to change the headlight buckets and weld the tab on the top inside to placr the header panel on , but they will work

thanks for the help.. might save up for those AMD. the 73 have some dents and might end up costing the same $ to fix
