Nice car. That is a bird catcher scoop..at a 140MPH the vacuum created would suck geese and pigeons thru the hood.
seems like a real slick paint job from the pix..
I like the white interior too..

If the rest is build like that, its probably a Monster.
I'd change out the hood if I bought it.

the six pak scoop was raised to fit the 4500 dominator carb
with 2" spacer to the intake

the paint color is 1997 reddish blue metallic with blue
pearl added in the clearcoat
 
That's a frikkin extree large hood mailbox. lol Nice car man. I bet it's badass.
