Pictures would be helpful. No one makes patches for that area. If you have access to a sheet metal break, and a shrinker/stretcher you can make you own pretty easy.

The other option of a donor car is really the other choice when it comes to this.
 
It was patched about 15 yrs ago with what looks to be a lot of filler.. It originally had a half vinly top. I plan to have the car blasted but want to have a game plan before as far as what pieces are available new and what I need to get from a donor or fabricate

From what I can see that's very repairable. If you want to cut out the pinch area and the trough you can fab some patch pieces and weld them in just don't cut too much at once so you keep the contours. You'll be able to see everything better once it's blasted. Teach yourself to work with body lead as this is a perfect place for it. Us Michigan guys don't even consider that rusty.
