I'm needing the drivers side roof rail weather strip for a 74 Duster. If whatever clips, screws or other fasteners need to secure it were included, that would be great too.
Thanks

I have that piece. I need the rubber.
My P side is fine. Both sides new after- market are close to $200. I saw a D side NOS for $195...I don't think so.

What years fit. I have some parts cars here and a box of weather strips from 70-72 . May be 73-76 mixed in I believe the fasteners are plastic push pins on the ends that usually break. They are cheap and available new.

Looking at a 70 and 74 they seem to be the same. They are secured at the ends with push pins that secure the bottom on the latch with some tabs that connects it to the quarter glass junction. Using a little piece of something, all of which seem to be missing portions due to deterioration.

According to Jim at DMT, the 70-72 are different than the 73-76 and are not interchangeable. I'm not sure but the pieces I'm showing are part of the 1/4 window seals. It seems they overlap and are held in place with 2 push pins.
If you have the actual driver side 73-76 seal in usable condition Steve let me know.

I have them. I just located a large tote of them taken off in the 80's Plus some on cars that are here, Rubber is $25 plus ride each for nice rubbers. I may have a box of the push pins left over from the last car. I'll get a picture of the Part Number off the box.

Thanks for looking Steve. Talking to the guy at DTM he says there is a difference. What, he was unable to tell me, but referred me to the SteelRubber site as he didn't have the 73-76 seals in stock, which he sells for $160 a pair without the fasteners which are extra.
Steel wants $295 a pair with the fasteners included and neither includes shipping.
Going to the Steel site they had detailed pics of the dimensions and difference between the years. The 70-72's are longer and articulate at the corner, where as the 73-76 are shorter dimension wise and are molded at the corner. The first 3 pics show the later seals while the last sketch shows the earlier seals. I hope this all makes sense and you can help me out.
Thanks
Joe C
Unfortunately the photos won't load
If you send me an email address I'll try and send them that way. My email is

Thanks again

I saved all the rubbers from every car I stripped . There has to be 73-76 here. If someone could post the difference I'll sort them out. I could probably squeeze 2 in a small flat rate box . for $45 shipped . I have someone bugging me for a harness. They are near the rubbers . I am going there tonight.

For some reason I think they are all the same but could be different at the rear.

I don't know how many came in the box of the push pins , But I didn't use them all on the Demon we just finished and should be some left .

My email is sk3406@ptd.net for pictures.

Bluish pic is 73-76 seal #RR4005a. I couldn't download this attachment from the Steel so I had to take a photo from my tablet.
For some reason is was able to download the clear pic which is for the 70-72's seal, #RR4005
The 73-76 seals fit basically all A body door styles from this era as well as 76 Charger.
As you can see there are considerable differences.
