74 Duster door tag

Anyone know the dimensions of this tag, going to have one made for my restoration.

I copied the image from a car on line, also would like to know where it goes on my 74 Duster

The original stickers are 2 part, reflective, etc. ECS will make you a reproduction, but you will need to supply the information for your car as well as proof of ownership.
