Nope. You have to swap the entire bumper using the procedure I showed in your other thread and my build thread where I converted my '74 Duster to the '70-73 style rear bumper.
I see that now, I took off the old bumper and couldn't believe how heavy it was, so I'm going to do what you did only weld in the hole.Thanks for all your help
