'74 more door Val worth a closer look?

Top side looks clean. Seller says it is a no rust/no bondo car. It does seem to have a lot going for it for the price (well maintained 318 with four-speed manual) But I'm no gear head nor very well versed in underbody condition. Can you tell by these pics if this one seems decent?

Hey, now! It has a 4 speed, it has a 8.75 rear end, V8, and the bones underneather look pretty solid. I don't know how much he's asking or what the body/interior looks like but seems positive for what I can see and what you've said!
