What are bodies differences between the '74 and '75 Dodge Sport?
 
Size of the slots in the grill and the 75 has an aluminum trim piece that runs between the taillights.

Not all had the trim between taillights in 75 and 76
The grille is completely different from 73-74 grilles it is sunken in more where turnsignals are and comes out more flush to the header panel in the center
It also has more horizontial fins in the grille from 73 and 74 which causes the headlight bezels to be different from 73 and 74 as the lines that match the grille has a different amount to match the amount of horizontial fins
Which causes them to have a completely different header panel (Beak) than 73 and 74
75 was first year for catalytic convertor so the inner driveside seat track is different from 74 down tracks
