74 scamp tire spacing

[Johns 74 scamp]

I have a 74 scamp with an 8 3/4 rear end! I want to put fatty and skinnys on it but have no room in the rear to fit anything bigger than 25inch. any suggestions on what i can do to fit a larger and wider tire! thanks guys
