74 Swinger questions

Finally got my 74 Swinger starting by changing the negative cable, thanks to those who offered assistance. now have two questions, probably naïve since am strictly amateur at this. What is the name of the section under the trunk lid, between the tail lights? There is a blank panel there, thought I saw Dodge logo there on a show car but can't find a graphic for it.
Panel is flat silver, not body color which registration calls "yellow tan".
Also notice car leans a little to the right when looking at it from either front or back face on. What am I dealing with, should I look for frame straightening issue or something to do with suspension? Any repairs will have to wait until spring but would like to start research now.

the leaning is a suspension adjustment. all that needs to be done is turn up the tortion bar on the right side to level it up. if you are talking about the tail panel between the tail lights there is a trim panel that goes there that says dodge on it.
