Sure looks like a wing stall to me, but I have to wonder what amount of load could have shifted that far back so fast. Aircraft are most vulnerable to load shift when they are low and slow. It seems to me that virtually the entire cargo would have to shift aft to cause that much nose-up attitude. A small amount of palletized cargo would normally be positioned amidships. If it broke free and slid all the way to the tail, I could see the repositioned weight counteracting the elevators while the aircraft is flying at slow speed at low altitude. We might never know.
