75 76 Dart or Duster Steering Column Shaft Support Bearing, Source or Information

I was getting ready to paint it when all the ball bearings fell out!
I looked in a 75 parts book, I have a 76 Dart, and I think the part number is 3748229.
Anyone fixed this issue before?
Source for the bearing?

3748229 will be tough to find new.
If you don't mind used, they can be found on many Mopars starting in 1974.
List of some models with that bearing.
A,E,B models with floor shift.
1976 thru 1989 H,N,F,G,B,X,S models with floor shift without tilt

Thanks, I was wondering if there was a workaround that maybe someone made to replace it.
