75 Scamp 3 speed

I'm buying a 75 Scamp 318 this weekend.It has a factory 3 speed on the floor.Seems pretty odd to me for a Scamp never seen one.Has anyone else run across a floor shift stick in a Scamp?It had to be ordered that way and I wonder why they didn't get the OD tranny instead of the 3 speed

I think I can see the air ducts under the dash in the picture.

3 speed on the floor... Cool! (no pun intended...at first.)

Actually it does have air, look at his other post about it. He mentions it has air and has an underhood pic showing the compressor.

Why are you going to part it out? It looks pretty solid without much rust if any at all. A shame to wast a good car.

I haven't seen the car yet and yes it does have rust issues
and yes it does have a/c The person I'm buying it from says
he's the second owner and bought it from a high school teacher
I'll have to wait untill I get the car to determine it's next life.
