Hi, I just thought I would share this little tidbit I didnt know...
Well last week I swapped out my roaring 7.25 for an 8.75. Well this morning I wanted to rip into it befor getting rid of it. When I took the cover off I discovered the reason for the roaring... a sevearly worn ring gear, now I assume the pinion is worn the same. But anyways the surprise I got was that this 7.25 does NOT use C-clips to hold the shafts in!!!!! I checked my book and low and behold looks like 71 to 82 7.25's dont use em either!
...anyway, I just thought I'd share that
