what is wrong with the motor? any other issues not mentioned in the ad?

the motor started running rough, the owner drove it home and when I checked it it was 2 gallon low on water. It was not overheated but had white goo in the rocker cover. My guess it was a blown head gasket. It had very poor lubrication to the valve train for a few years, my guess. I'm selling it for an older person who has been driving to the market and bank about 6 blocks away for a number of years. It should be rebuild-able. Transmission works fine.
