76 Gran Fury Rearend Parts for 8 1/4 Rearend

Merry Christmas Everyone
I need some help with brake parts for an 8 1/4 rearend. I have an 8 1/4 Sure-grip rearend but I need backing plates, e-brake parts etc. I found a complete rearend from a 76 Gran fury, my question is will the backing plates and brake parts from the Gran fury work for me?

If they are 10"X2 1/2", yes they will. By '76 even 7 1/4"s had 3 inch axle tube ends for brake interchangeability.

If you take everything off as a FULL assembly off the Gran Fury rear yes it should fit .

John, what do you mean by the whole assembly are you talking about the whole rearend or just all the brake parts including backing plates, e-brake and cables etc.
