[WANTED] 8 1/4 rear near Memphis

Looking for a local A-Body 8 1/4. If I can't find one I will most likely do the Ford 8.8 conversion. Budget is flexible depending on condition, gearing, and if equipped with limited slip.

I did the 8.8 with 3.73 gears and disk breaks for mine. it only cost me around 125 from the junk yard

I did pick up a Ranger 8.8. It needs brakes and different gears (came with 4.10 open diff). If I come across a bolt on solution for a good price it may save a bunch of hassle.

The one I got came out of a 95 explorer. It has 3.73 gears and was posi, also had disk breaks. I got it all out of the junk yard for 120.
