[WANTED] 8 1/4 sure grip or locker

let me try this again since last one didn't
t work out... im looking for a good sure grip unit or locker for a 27 spline 8.25 rear.. i have a set of 3:55 gears to swap out from my 2.74 and i would like to ad some kind of sure grip or something to put power to both tires... if not luck ill just swap and deal with it...

Hit the junkyard pull all of it out of a grand cherokee. They use an 8.25 rear, all of them have a sure grip.

what year did they switch to 29 spline? i have also heard Dakotas had them too

That I'm not sure about there might be some other members here that are more knowledgeable about the eight and a quarter. I would like to know when they changed because a buddy of mine has a 74 duster with an 8.25 under it and he wants to make a locker set up for it

I believe it was around 1997 that they switched from 27 to 29 spline on the 8.25 rear.
