8.25 rearend for an A-body?

Was there ever a 8.25 with SBP? If so what years should I be scouting for? Thanks

No, there was never an 8¼" rear axle with small bolt pattern. Big-bolt only, installed in some A-bodies from '73 through '76.

For what it's worth, I believe the big-bolt pattern corresponds to those with front disc brakes, for those years. Drum brakes continued small bolt pattern and 7¼" rear.

There were a few stragglers with drums and small bolt pattern into 74 but not many and after 73 they were pretty standard big bolt disks with either a 7 1/4 or 8 1/4.
