8--3/4 diff??

ok so i had a man check the clutches by putting one axle i vise then trying to turn other axle backerds OK now my ? is about the spacer/washer deal on the inside opposite the ajusting axle will this 3rd mem have to be dissasembled to get this out in order to go w/ the "green"bearing set up just trying to rule out any BS b4 i purchase will this STILL be a drop in posi assbly then use "green" brngs??thanx guys
