8 3/4 flange gasket question

Ok I understand were the inner axle seal goes. (inside the tube). My question is about the flange seals. I have two Steel shim gaskets and two white foam gaskets.

Is the correct installation order ...

steel shim > backing plate > foam gasket > axle retainer flange

???
