Well the 8 3/4, 3.73 Suregrip is all narrow up, completely rebuild ready to install.
What brand & weight of gear oil are you guys running? Are you running an additive for the Suregrip or are does the oil already have it in there?

Thanks,
Steve / MOhorsePAR

I run a spool in the Demon, but in my truck I have a 9.25 sure grip. I run 75w-90 synthitic with the mopar additive. If I don't have the additive, it makes all sorts of weird and wonderfull noise's.

yes 75-90 or 80-90, if a posi add the additive to it. Fill to just starting to drip out of the hole on level ground.

I'm running Mopar synthetic 75w90. I've noticed some of the synthetic fluids say you don't have to run the friction modifier with them but I've also heard a few guys like Jack say it makes noise without it so I put it in mine to make sure it lives long.

GL5 is the spec that they say is for sure grip, limited slip, etc. but i know that the newer mopars do need the extra additive, something about them but not sure what. i run 75-90 gl5 plus a bottle of friction modifier to be safe.
