The axles dr diff sells requires the BB Drums and backing plates. You cannot use your original brakes, if you drill your drums and axles you will retain your flange width.

I have the axle kits with bearings studs and retaining plates green bearings for 325.00 plus shipping... takes all the head ache out of adjusting axle bearings etc too. they also can be slightly trimmed to fit if you narrow the rear some too.

aLL THE 4.5 ON 5 LUG BOLT PATTERN WILL REQUIRE THE LARGER 10" DRUMS AND BACKING PLATES. center drum register is different too which matches the 10" or larger drum brakes.
Why would you not want to switch to bigger drums for better stopping power.
