8.75 Factory Markings

I am restoring a 68 Dart GTS. I am cleaning the rear end housing carefully so I can take pictures of the markings. On the passenger's side of the hog's head there is SS painted above the filler plug. On the driver's side this is a 3 and a 1 on the webbing of the hog's head. On the back of the housing there ia a bunch of pink paint, but i can't tell what it says if anything. Don't know if it is a sloppy X, or OK or anything. Any one know what the pink paint on the housing is supposed to look like.
