I Have a 8.75 axle housing out of a 73 charger can it be narrowed enough to fit a 72 dart with relocated springs.

Yes, do you have A Body width axles?
The reason I ask is most OEM B and E body axel's have a taper and can't be narrowed to A body width. IIRC

I am ordering axles from DiffDoc after get the housing narrowed and measured to see what tires and rims I can fit with the springs relocated,
Where was it bent?

It looks like it is bent on passenger side next to the center section about 1/2 inch.
