[FOR FREE] 8' light fixture and tubes

got this from a buddy so long ago I'm sure we've changed area codes since then. he scavenged parts, put it together, I got it from him to put in my garage. welll, I did put it IN the garage, just never installed or wired it. so, before I break a tube, somebody come and get it and you worry about getting it home in one piece.
