86 blazer question

So my mother in law drives an 86 blazer.....she can't figure out how to set the clock (factory tape deck stereo). I can't either. Any help????

Turn the key on, press the "set" button on the radio. While it says "set" on the display, use the "scan" button to set the hour and the "seek" button to set the minutes.
