90 degree oil filter gasket replacement

I am trying to install a 90 degree adapter on my 70 Swinger 340. I received the large o ring gasket, a cork gasket, and a plastic gasket. where does the small cork gasket go? How about the plastic one? Thanks all for reading.

The cork goes between the adapter and the block,make sure you use sealer on both sides

Do you mean use sealer on both sides of the large gasket or the cork gasket?
