904 governor weight suppliers

OK I know A and A transmission has 6000+ governor weight kits for the 904. Is there any vendors that can get a 5500 RPM setup?

Dragonbat A&A only shows the 1 kit (6000 rpm+) for a 904 but if you look you'll see it has the exact same part # as the 6000 rpm+ kit for a 727 so I don't know why one of the other lower rpm kits they have listed for a 727 won't work. Call Rick, I bet he can fix you up.

Yeah... they provided me with a "5800 RPM" weight which was supposedly different from the 6000 weight. They were pretty clear with me that the exact shift point is subject to several variables... so it's a ball park anyway.

Just tell them what you have and what you're trying to accomplish and they should be able to get you pretty close.

No, I haven't driven mine yet, so don't ask where it shifts.
