904 Input shaft clearance

904 input shaft clearance. is a .120" too much. Can I use 2 thrust washers instead of one

Do you mean endplay? If so then yes .120 is too much. Sure you have all the parts in there? Lol

After thinking about it I can't remember putting that little washer on their. now I have good clearance.

What about the rear band adjustment. book says 4 turns shift kit says 2 1/2 turns. It seems to be a big difference
Front band says 2 instead of 2 1/2 not too much difference
Now all I need is a filter transmission is finished. ready to start painting the engine
