91-360 roller lifter replacement

i have a lifter that bleeds down in my 91 roller block after a couple days of sitting , is it ok to replace just the lifters and leave the cam as is ??any special break in requird?

Yes. Perfectly acceptable. Also of note: The lifters install only one correct way. With the oil holes toward the center of the engine. If you point them toward the outside of the engine, they will bleed down when the engine is cut off and rattle until they are pumped up on restart.
